The pool is big and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The kitchen is very good.

The hotel staff gave excellent recommendations for wineries and lunch spots. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the indoor and outdoor pool areas were impressive. The hotel provided a reliable driver for the duration of our stay. Also, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to important vineyards with restaurants.

The hotel is a very good starting point to visit the wineries in the Casablanca Valley. We were especially well looked after by Valentina - Reception. She gave us many very good tips for the visit not only of the wineries but also of Valparaíso.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its attention to detail and value for money. the location is perfect for wine enthusiasts like me, as it is conveniently situated near important vineyards with renowned restaurants. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Lastly, the rooms were beautifully decorated, showcasing the hotel's commitment to maintaining a high standard of decor. Additionally, the breakfast, which was served until late, was a great way to start the day, although a bit more variation would have been appreciated.

Only one minor area for improvement: more breakfast options.

The best service so far

We had a great time ringing in the New Year at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We liked the two complimentary drinks offered at the bar and the location near wonderful wineries made it easy to explore the area. The heated indoor pool was a great way to relax and unwind.

We did have a few issues to report. The room was a bit outdated and could use some updating.
